- 2023.01.06-01.09 Dr SF Hsiao held a CPE OPTIMAL workshop for stroke rehabilitation in Vietnam under the global grant of Rotary International (VTT-GG2125902 2021-2024) for TPTA to support the professional development of PT in Vietnam. A MOU between TPTA and VNPTA; Dr Hsiao also presented the progress and structure of the CPE OPTIMAL in the ADMIRE workshop (supported by HI and USAID) held by World Physiotherapy there. Dr Hsiao also visited Hai Duong Medical Technical University for the collaboration of educational support of KMU via the USR funding. (Department of Physical Therapy)
